Where customers opt in

On our homepage, https://www.therapeuticstretching.com/, a visitor presses “Click here to get started”, answers three short multiple-choice questions and then reaches the contact step shown below. The form is the same for every visitor; no login or purchase is needed to see it.

On the contact step the visitor enters their name, email address and mobile number. Under the phone field is the line “By clicking Next, you agree to our Terms, acknowledge our Privacy Policy, and consent to us using your answers to prepare your call, as explained in our Health Data Policy.” This line does not cover text messages.

Below it is a separate SMS checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form, book a call or make a purchase. Its text reads: “I agree to receive automated booking confirmations, appointment reminders and sales follow-up texts from Therapeutic Stretching at the number provided. Consent is not required to submit this form or purchase.” Directly under it: “Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Only visitors who tick the box receive text messages. For every opt-in we record the phone number, the date and time, the source page and the exact consent text version.

What subscribers receive

Texts from Therapeutic Stretching (VIDify Consulting LLC) about the call they requested: booking confirmations and requests to confirm, reminders 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes before the call with the meeting link, and up to three reminders to choose a time if no call was booked.
