This policy explains how VIDify Consulting LLC, trading as Therapeutic Stretching (“we”), collects, uses and shares consumer health data through our website, booking form and consultations. It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy. It is written to meet the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370 and similar laws. If you become a client, the health data notice in our client app covers your Program.
Address: 300 Creek View Rd, Ste 209, Newark, DE 19711, USA. Contact: support@therapeuticstretching.com.
1. Consumer health data we collect
Areas of pain or discomfort, injuries, past surgeries, physical limitations and health-related goals that you share on the booking form.
What is said about your health during a consultation, including the recording, transcript and AI-generated notes when the consultation is recorded.
Conclusions about whether a Program suits you, and the fact that you asked about our service.
2. Sources
You, when you fill in the booking form or speak during a consultation.
We do not buy consumer health data or get it from data brokers.
3. Why we collect and use it
To prepare your consultation and judge whether a Program suits you.
To keep a record of what was discussed, and to keep our service secure.
We ask for your separate consent before we collect and use consumer health data. On the booking form, that use is named next to the button that sends your answers. If you leave the form unfinished, health answers in the saved draft are used only to let you finish your booking. We never use consumer health data for advertising.
4. Consumer health data we share, and with whom
We share consumer health data only with these service providers, which process it on our behalf and under contract:
Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database and email delivery.
Google LLC (Google Workspace): video calls, recordings, transcripts and Gemini notes, email and calendar.
Each provider receives the categories in section 1 only to the extent it needs them for its function.
We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data. We do not share it with Meta or any other advertising platform, or with anyone else. Any other sharing would require your separate consent. We do not sell consumer health data.
5. How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we keep it for 12 months after our last contact.
If you become a client, the health data notice in our client app applies from then on.
6. Your rights
You can:
confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get access to it;
receive a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, with their contact details;
withdraw your consent;
ask us to delete it. We then delete it from our systems, including backups within the legal time limit, and tell every provider that received it to delete it too.
Email support@therapeuticstretching.com with the subject “Health Data Request.” We respond within 45 days, and we may ask for information to confirm your identity. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
If we refuse your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We decide appeals within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, we will tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General, including the Washington State Attorney General.
